Ann Carlton Bose is our President and is highly regarded by her industry. She served as the President of the Los Angeles County Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1994, having been honored by her peers as Mortgage Broker of the year in 1991 and 1994. Ann Bose has participated on every major industry Board of Directors in California including the California Mortgage Bankers and California Mortgage Brokers Associations. She participated on the National Association of Mortgage Brokers Board of Directors from 1995 through 2001, serving as National Treasurer 1998-1999. Ann has been originating loans since 1983.
